Have you tried the clinical strength versions of the ones you mentioned?

I am using ”Mitchum Men Advanced Control 48 hour protection unscented anti-perspirant and deodorant”

I have been using Dove powder scent for years.

Labeled as clinical performance or clinical gel. I've seen it at Kroger, Walmart, Walgreens... I bet you can get it the same place you'd get your typical version.

Has your wardrobe changed much over the last few years? If you have, a contributing factor could be the newer fabric blends you have don't breathe as well.

Your post confuses me. The last paragraph you mention you bathe and use deodorant but you are also asking about an anti-perspirant deodorant. Are you using both types? If you are that may be one of the reasons that the product/s are not affective.

I found brands lose their potency over time on me. I assumed it was my body getting used to the chemicals not the formulas changing. Right now I am avoiding the anti perspirant type due to its link to Alzheimers. Old Spice has a line that's awesome.

I suspect that it is the roll on that is wet and not from your perspiration. There are some that remain moist especially if applied immediately after bathing/showering. Some leave a film on the skin. I stopped using roll on's because hours later if I took my fingernail and scraped where it was damp there was a white substance.

Antiperspirants work by plugging the pores of your skin so you cant release sweat. Deodorants work by killing bacteria on our skin-they are the ones that make you smell when they digest stuff on your skin. Knowing how this stuff works can help you make choices. I often just use a heavy skin cream. It plugs pores just fine. I can have reactions to antiperspirants so my options are more limited.

I swap around with different brands. Right now, I am using out of two different ones...Degree and Suave, both antiperspirants. I have been doing that for years after finding that using just Mitchum didn't work any longer for me.

I bought some Lume deodorant the other day and keep forgetting to use it. It is supposed to be good for underboob and other places. You might look into that.

Look for OTC "clinical" that contains higher % (e.g., 20%) active ingredient or Rx products available.

Petalique, I am a former Mitchum user too and found their changes to the unscented products unsatisfactory. I’ve wasted some $$ on several I tried and ended up liking this Vanicream Clinical for sensitive skin pretty well. It does have the 20% antiperspirant Mdln recommends.
