Marda, I didn't post a "proper" connecting link, but when I typed "freekibblekat.com" in the search bar, several links popped up. Also, just "freekibble.com" brings up the dog site from which the cat site can be accessed. Tibs, I agree with Marda, LOL. If my eyebrows get much sparser, I won't have to shave them! There are very few of them, now--and mostly white.

We got over 2" here, so it most certainly did water the roots of most things. Rainwater is different from irrigation water though. City water is treated with disinfectants and often has pH buffers added to keep it alkaline to protect the city's pipes from corrosion. It's not ideal for plant growth. Rainwater has extra nitrogen in it from the atmosphere, which is mainly nitrogen gas, plus trace elements of different nutrients from air pollution - sulfur and such. And there's no sodium in rainwater, which there might be some in city or well water in desert areas. Plants hate sodium. The only minerals in rainwater are those that are floating around in the air. As well as the soaking of the foliage, which does absorb water and nutrients, and the high humidity. Well water does not have the disinfectants and buffers of city water but it still doesn't match rainwater because of the canopy soaking and humidity factors. I don't think it's the oxygenation of boiled water that improves plant growth! boiling drives out oxygen and makes water taste flat. Plant roots use air oxygen, not dissolved oxygen. Boiling removes chlorine. So does letting it sit in a bucket for 24 hours, which is recommended for watering potted plants and topping off aquariums.

I was a little surprised that Jeff didn't bring up the Brandon/Mikayla part of the show, since they made such a big deal out of it earlier. In fact, she didn't get to say a single word, as opposed to the 10,000 that Ozzy blabbered about, repeating himself over and over. I was happy to see that he and Sophie seemed to get over their bitterness towards each other, that was good. And I was glad Sophie won, too. I thought Cochran was very good at the reunion, smart and well-spoken and funny and endearing. Surely there is a geeky girl out there, just for him. :) Jeff needs to get over the Coach/Hantz love-fest..... just because they are polarizing doesn't mean that the viewers want to keep seeing them over and over again. It's time for a change- all new people, a fresh start.

Wakefield, MA became the home of Wakefield Rattan Co in 1836. It prospered for many years and after founder Cyrus Wakefield's death, the company merged with Heywood Bros. Gardner, Ma. The company was then called Heywood-Wakefield. If you are lucky enough to have a piece, it has become valuable…i.e. you can grab this little table on 1stdibs for $4850.00!
