Thanks for your comments. I think my garburator routine is a habit with no reasoning. I leave orange peels in the sink in the morning, and then I make dinner and flush the orange peels with the dinner food remains after I do the dishes. I will start putting down the orange peels right away. Does anyone use Method all purpose for the quartz? Thanks.

They are installing colton as I type. I will add more pics later. We are sticking with the honey oak cabinets and using Matte White new yorker subway tiles. 3x12
