Our city’s Tinsel Trail this year. Over 100 individually sponsored and decorated trees in the downtown park, each unique and sometimes sad or quirky, but all around a tree of varying sizes. Sorry, the guitar tree is sideways and I can’t fix it. It is sponsored by a much loved local guitar player who sponsors a local charity for youth musicians.

Opossum babies are cute, but adults are ugly, that's for sure. And they may eat ticks, but unfortunately, they carry lots of fleas, and are considered flea vectors. They're survivors, like coyotes, but much more benign. So many derrieres! Here's one of my fave photos from Joshua Tree: My caption is: 'Do these pants make my butt look too big?' 😄
