Drill hole at top of handle, thread with ribbon creating loop for hanging. Makes pretty wall hanging. MINI JEWELRY BOX To make a pretty container for rings or a watch, remove the lid and label from a 6.5 ounce tuna fish can. Wash and dry can thoroughly, line inside with a piece of silk or satin-like fabric, glue strip of velvet or satin around outside. Use sequins, lace of pearls from an old string to decorate. Keep container in kitchen to keep rings or watches from getting wet. POT HANDLE HOLDERS/EYEGLASS HOLDER Go to discount store and buy neutral square pot holders. Use pretty prints for glasses and solid colors for pot handle holders. Fold in half and sew up long side (leaving bottom open)..Leave loop on at top for hanging...(this is your pot handle holder). For eyeglass holder do the same only sew up long side and bottom side. TED E BEAR Put a little hand painted teddy bear in a bag with the following poem: Ted E. Bear- the world's perfect male. He'll sit and listen to EVERY detail. And when you are through, just set him down somewhere. When you need him again, he'll be right there! Good Luck and I'm sure whatever you decide to do your co-worker/friends will be much appreciative. Hugs, Granny...See Moredecoration ideas for a small nook

My drawing skills aren’t the best (and now I’m proving it), but here’s an inspiration picture along with how it would work in your space. Then I’d hang one (or more) small round mirrors on the right side wall. Round will soften the squares of the doorway and mirrors will bring in some light....See MoreTraining small dog to use litter box
Comments (30)Definitely doable. We have a 10 lb. chihuahua. The only mistake was getting a puppy instead of someone who was at least a year. We use potty pads. As for exercise, once a day, at his discretion, he does a double-time tear between the sitting room and the kitchen. He does 4 or 5 laps and he's more than ready for a nap. He's adapted quite nicely to living with old people. The vet is quite pleased with his demeanor and well being. I would look for a dog like a Maltese. Their sole purpose in life is to be a companion. They have hair. Not fur. So allergies are not a problem. Poodles and yorkies are also good for people with allergies. However Yorkies are terriers and are high energy for such little critters. Poodles are quite adaptable and highly intelligent. They train well. We had a Pomeranian. She was the best, but Poms imprint to one person more than others. So, if someone else will be in it's life, such as a son or daughter, make sure the dog meets them right from the start. Otherwise it will be difficult for them to help out. They also are good for people with allergies and are quite content as a lap dog. We've had dogs for 50 years. We had bigger dogs when the kids were home. As we aged, the size of the dog got smaller. All the animal really needs is love, food and to be protected. It doesn't need to be walked, but it will need to be played with a bit. It will entertain itself and let you know if it needs something more. But the safety of a loving home is the only necessity....See MoreSmall Bathroom Curtains Ideas and Decor
Comments (10)So the idea is - you really don’t need to match the art to the room. If you love the art, by all means, use it. You could just bring in a simple, neutral shower curtain, to anchor the space. https://www.potterybarn.com/m/products/rory-textured-shower-curtain/?sku=2743988 And if you‘d like, maybe bring in a bit of the blue in some other accessories. You could also bring in blue towels - or do a color mix. You get the general idea. Or you could just let the art be the only blue in the space - and keep the rest in the neutral beige/gold tones, etc. - with maybe white towels, a small plant for some green, etc. You can really do it either way. The art does not have to match anything and you do not necessarily have to match anything to the art. And in any case, the beige, tan, gold colors work fine with the blues, etc. in your art....See MoreDiana Bier Interiors, LLC
