You should set them aside for about a week to form a callous, then pot them. Treat them like your other aloe plant, and don't over water them. They should start to grow within a few weeks after establishing a good root system. To use the gel, just snap off a healthy looking leaf, hold it with the snapped off side face down to drain the laxative sap out, and then rub the gel wherever you need it. If you only need a small amount of gel, I believe you can just snap off the tip of the leaf and rub that on. The leaf should heal itself. I'm no expert though so you might wanna do a little research before following my advice. I've only transplanted an aloe offshoot once and it was a large one that had it's own root system developed already.

Thank you for saving the saddest looking one of the bunch i do the same thing when i buy plants, it's a better reward and feeling when they recover and do well. I'm thinking the bottom leaves are prob goners but you never really know, y best bet is to either wait itor prune back the dead leaves. Good luck

It's fine to repot soon, just wait until the plant is due for watering, and replant in dry soil. Then keep it in bright shade for a couple of weeks before resuming normal sun and water. Enjoy your new pot! Brad

lets back up a moment and get a perspective. How long has this plant been doing strange things. Have you re-potted it recently? How much water does it get? Does it drain well? How much Light? There are lots of factors that could cause a plant to do strange things. 2 winters ago I had an Aloe "deflate" on me, I think it was a water issue. The other plant looks like an echeveria and maybe the third one is too. They all take similar light water and temperature.
