Pick out a couple dozen medium neutral paint samples and hold them next to the stone. My guess is a handful will be contenders. Look at them in the morning, afternoon, and evening light. The “right” choice will become apparent. I would paint the soffit the trim color too to beef up the outline of the gables.

And yes, there are color experts in these forums who do not approve of the word "undertones" and they bring up valid science about color theory, etc, but I think most of us use the word undertones as a verbal shortcut towards getting to an appealing, non-clashing color.

On my monitor, I am seeing flashes of pink/reddish tinge, and the grout looks pinky-grey. If that is indeed reflective of what you have, its muddies things up. Can you take more pics and show the entire house?

It does have pink reddish tint. Not a huge fan. I posted photos in the comments above of the whole house
