Comments (25)Not a Pro. I agree with above about the tv. Above the fireplace I would put a painting over the top of that alcove. From the pictures it looks like there is a ledge, so the art can be place over the top and it will appear that it is on a wall. Comments (21)A separate lounge/library area would make sense off of the living room and could also be used as occasional guest space. Ceiling mounted drapes would help define the area and could be drawn for privacy, especially when someone is staying overnight. Comments (9)I need pics and what exactly would you use the shelves for? We have international students they all use different soaps , shampoos etc so sinc ethey all share the bathroom we give them each a caddy with what they need in the bathroom and it comes in a leaves with each one . I do not think a shelf full of all that stuff i s attractive for sure . But I need pics and lso maybe the choices you are making for the space too.Often old bath tubs were shorter than what we have now so maybe just a longer tub and shower would be the best.
