The Cloud Gate, otherwise known as The Bean - a piece of public art that engages the public

Wall art for the Roslyn Cafe in Roslyn, Washington, the site for filming much of the 90’s TV series, Northern Exposure. The “‘s” is not a part of the original mural, nor is it painted on the wall. It was added to make it applicable to Roslyn’s Cafe in the mythical Cicely, Alaska.

There's a totem pole in front of the biker bar. :0)

@jrb451, I still remember the excellent breakfast we had at the Roslyn Cafe. We were staying at the Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum.

The only thing I could come up with this morning (yawn), the statue off our front covered porch.

@chloebud, Suncadia Resort wasn’t around on our trips to the NW. Looks like a nice place. Beautiful country out there.

@jrb451, it’s a very nice place. We were there for our niece’s wedding several years ago. We’ve visited the NW many times since my sister amd her family live in Seattle. Definitely pretty country and nice escape from our summers here in Southrn CA.
