jrb, I was there and I'm still not sure what it is. It's phenomenal architecture on over 80 acres of land with a walking trail and ponds and a community garden. It has a big auditorium for 700, a library, a games court, a tea room each in separate round buildings of floor-to-ceiling glass, all underneath and connected by the meandering pavilion that snakes its way up the hill. It's a community space dedicated to peace and living with nature...a sanctuary space for all to enjoy.

On a 2 week canal boat tour in Holland. We followed our Dutch landlords in our rented boat. It was quite an experience. Many locks, low bridges, and a very bad storm on a large lake with rough water at night...

@ Glenda - we grew up with smoked turkeys for the holidays. They were my dad's specialty. I never had a regular roasted turkey until I cooked my own.

After Dad passed, my son decided to try his hand at it, and his came out great 😋
