Thank you Fenstermann! I didn't go with the roller shades because they don't provide as much insulation but I am going to get them for our Florida home. Thanks for the advice! My husband will love adding the app to his phone. What I did decided for the Bethany condo on is 2" vertical honeycomb that will open from the center. I can push them back like curtains for the summer and will get a good level of insulation for the winter. I will post a picture after they install. Thank you so much for your advice. I own a beach condo that only rents to families, and has not been abused, just enjoyed. I would like to redecorate and will start with the living room area. As you can see, I currently have a sofa, loveseat and large chair. The space can accommodate a sectional, if I decide to go that route. I'm looking for well constructed, comfortable upholstered pieces that won't break the bank (isn't that on everyone's wish list?) and I will be changing the color scheme to neutrals and blues. I'd appreciate any leads or suggestions on companies that manufacture quality frames and cushions that hold up to serious lounging. Thanks!

IMO trim should not be the pop in the space it takes a lot of time to apint and IMO colored trim never really works The fact is you have a bright space so why white at all and if white then IMO you do the walls in a matte finish and the trimyou could actully do in High gloss same color as the walls but the gloss will give you IMO as much pop as you should have, As for which white there is no way to advise that from a monitor . choose 3 you think are good get 3 large as possible poster boards then paint 2 coats of each color on the bords move around in the spaces at all times of the day and IMO especailly if you ar eusing white make sure all your lighting is LED 4000K before choosing anything. I aslo would suggest solar shades on the windows before everything you own is faded .
