DO NOT BUY VIKING RANGES

The new Viking range has not been working since it was installed in June 2022. All four burners have operational issues (one is completely unusable) and there is a recall on the gas line to the oven which prevents the oven from being used for safety reasons (per Middleby Residential which owns Viking). More than 8 weeks after installation the range is still non-functional. Middleby offered to have someone come repair the burners and do the recall work (the recall 'fix' is a 30 step process that requires dismantling the entire appliance.) Repairs and replacements to a brand new range are an unacceptable remedy - I purchased a new range (for good money) not a refurbished appliance.

DO NOT BUY Viking products or anything from Middleby. They do not treat the consumer properly and do not adequately warrant their product to be free from defects. A waste of money and time. Extremely disappointed and will never work with this company again.
