Here is a photo of our nook area. We have had some kind of window treatments here, either as valance or curtains for the longest time. I took them down this weekend and actually likes the openness now. I was wondering if I can leave it this way. I know it may look partially done since we have an open floor plan and have drapes on the other side . But before I go and buy more curtains, I just wanted to get some opinion. I am not looking into doing Roman shades, because I am someone who likes to change curtains pretty often and don’t want to invest in something more permanent . If I were to keep curtains, should I connect the rods into L-shape and have them hang just on the both ends of the L? Thanks in advance
