Good morning, jasdip! If it’s Wednesday, it must be Brain Game Day!

I think I have all but B1, C1, and C2. I feel like we have seen at least one of them before, but hey, I’ve slept since then. (Actually, not just sleep. Asa kid i used to come out of a test in school, my classmates would be talking about how they answered different questions, and I had absolutely no memory of what had been on the test. Everything left my brain as soon as I turned it in.)

But I digress. Later I will describe those three to the cat, and he will help me come up with the answers.

C1 and C2 are the only ones that don't look familiar to me. And they're the only ones I don't have answers for. Yet.

I was thinking ”crescent biscuit”, but crescents are a roll, not a biscuit, I think. But But, I was close!

I remember ”parting words” from before, but of course I didn’t remember it 16 hours ago!

I had ”winding down after a big day” which I decree to be the same thing. Same with ”big/great things come in small packages”.

The rest I’d say I got, arguing that “Going ‘above and’ beyond the call of duty” might actually be a better answer.
