Are you able to see the shingles in person? Also, ask the distributor or even manufacturer whether there's a house in your area that uses the colors you're considering. I'd also post a follow-up to the thread I linked above. There are at least two people on GW who used this color. You can also contact them via GW. Even if they don't want to respond with their email, they may post to the old thread. Scanmike (who is one of them) is currently posting on picking colors for her house, so she's around on the board.

I need paint color ideas! I like the paint that is in place okay but there’s only one coat and it’s uneven and badly done. Any color ideas welcome though. The color of the cabinets, doors and trim will not change. This is a cabin that backs up to national forest in a lakeside community. I like the idea of incorporating those elements in the theme of the home.

Thanks! I like the natural look of pine, so I'll clear coat the front beams and the tongue and groove under the porch wall and ceiling. How about adding rustic looking stone on the 4 pillars. I am trying to avoid more long term maintenance and am thinking on adding stucco to the two sides and back of building-- but I have no idea what color stucco would go well-- they don't have clear color stucco. Lol.
