Deck covering basement window
Comments (2)steel grating. It's what we set on window wells where they have to be a part of the patio. Most shops that do iron rails will be able to cut a panel of grating to fit and address the ends. If you want to get fancy and you have composite decking you could even have the grating powdercoated to match. I wouldn't go semi-circular if it's going to be set flush with the decking though. All that'll do is call attention to it. Also more of a PITA to deal with. Keep it simple....See MoreI need help with kitchen window coverings for shallow window

Comments (7)On the windows with the blinds, I would put faux roman shades in a pretty fabric. Look on etsy. You could do 1 rod with 1 wide or 3 individual shades on the triple window. Hang the rod about 4-5 inches above the window. I would leave the slider, or you could put a wood cornice over it....See MoreWindow coverings for floor to ceiling windows
Comments (9)I like solar shades for heat and UV control but still allowing you to keep the view. I usually pair them with drapes for nightime privacy but you seem to not require the control so why not just nice full drapes at least 2.5 x the width of the rod and I think if you go with something like linen you have enogh space for stackback on both sides and I would not do the drapes to the corner on the left just center the rod on the window . This is your LR so IMO drapes would be perfect .I do not think blinds are a good choice at all . You have a lovely view the cover on the porch keeps the heat and UV out so enjoy the daytime view and still get privacy at night ....See Moredecoenthusiaste
