It depends on your local market ... check Craigslist and some antique stores. Cleaning is easy: Clean it carefully ... Dust it, then use mild soap and water on a soft cloth to remove water-soluble crud. Then shift to mineral spirits and 0000 steel wool, cleaning gently to get the oil-based hand grime and such off. Stop and evaluate. Often that's all you need to do, or you find that the top needs finish removal and a new coat of something. If you have a flaky, scaly finish, that's probably old wax buildup. Remove it with a blend of lacquer thinner and denatured alcohol (I use 50/50). Apply liberally to a small area, let it soften a few moments, then gently rub off the crud with the steel wool. Repeat until clean. Do this outside, with gloves because the fumes are vile and flammable.

a conduit strap is a great idea! (see? "strap" is the right word!) But they're bulgier than yours (3/8" is the smallest I've seen), so you might want to flatten them with a hammer or something to keep them from sticking out in that space. and if you only need a couple replacements, but the conduit strap's *interval* between the screw hole and the opening for the shelf, where the shelf rests, is not the same as the preexisting clamps (which would mean lack of support there because of the uneven line), then replace the whole row of straps on a single shelf to make them even. (it's the same thing w/ buttons--you're missing only 1, but you can't find an exact match, so you just replace all the buttons so they match. Just because the other supports are the original doesn't mean they can't be replaced to match the new one)

I have only found the back stamped NO 326-3P MAH and written also with a 169. I see that the drawers are made with tongue and groove and just a flat head screw is holding the handles on. Pretty sure that MAH means mahogany.
