I'm partial to Lee Industries and The MT company - they have a lifetime warranty on both the frame and suspension. Both of these companies have large scale sectionals that could work. The Lee 5392 has both modular and non-modular options. The MT Oliver sectional is very large scale. Use their retailer locator to find someone near you that can help - or if you don't have one near you, I can help with either of these companies.

It would be better to have empty space near the slider than to have a sectional all the way up to and in front of the slider, or a sectional with a short seating side in the open part of the room to keep the sliders clear. But I agree with others that a sofa and chair is much more functional.

What does the 4th wall in your room look like? Is it possible to rearrange things? Give it a quarter turn so that it is no longer in front of the windows. In other words, one section on the back wall and the other section would be where the TV / console currently set. The TV could then be on that (unseen) 4th wall. I also think the TV is mounted too high.

Yes, I would say just start looking at the different companies (they all have websites) listed above and you may find sectionals available within a couple of inches of your desired specs, which would certainly be less expensive, depending on the brand, than having one custom made. I love sectionals and just bought one from Macy’s during their Black Friday sale which was the right size I needed and didn’t break the bank. I had obsessed over the size since our living room is pretty small. Size is important, but not just length . If space is limited, then width, height, and general “bulkiness” are also important. I was considering a higher end, super comfy brand called Lovesac but it was just too big/bulky for my space. So, instead of spending 5000, I spent just a couple of thousand at Macy’s. The other fun thing you can do with a modular sectional is add to it, pretty easily! For example, I may swap out one of my end pieces for a chaise, in a couple of years. Don’t know if this is as easy to do with a custom made…. Good luck!
