Comments (13)Your sunset picture is beautiful, a sunset over water, but different from the one you posted the other day. But that's the beauty of sunsets -- no two are ever alike. The cloud formation was unusual; is that what's called a "wall" cloud? Seems I recall they can hold threatening weather, but your picture looked serene and peaceful. Your couch potatoes are relaxation personified! If they were any more "relaxed", you'd need a bigger couch! If you choose one of the job offers, would you have to move? Your closeness to water seems important to you; would that still be available? Please excuse me if I'm being too "nosy"; I'm just interested....See MoreRandom Thoughts (ok, got the correct forum this time)!
Comments (21)natal, I don't understand hating forwards? Some yes, but there are so many great ones: funny like this one (always good to laugh), and just think of the take-your-breath-away nature photos you'd miss! I have friends I can count on to send beauties and I wait till night so I can view them in the dark. I took a "tour" through Paris and the Louvre via a forward. I'm a sucker for the darling critter pics and videos, too. Oh, and as for videos, some have put tears in my eyes, touching my heart. Of course, along with these are the ones I can count on to require an immediate delete, but the good ones make it all worthwhile...to me. So, natal, how come? I'm just curious, not critical....See Morerandom thoughts on chrysanthemums
Comments (43)Wow. It is really not a traditional fall subdued color. It's a lovely gentle pink, but not a pink that looks like it's been mixed with dirty dishwater (which are, honestly, my true feelings about some mum colors). That's a keeper!...See MoreRandom Thoughts
Comments (53)Cat is down. The guy brought a thing....not sure what it is called....like used in hunting deer. He got within about 6 ft of the cat, held up a crate above his head that had food in it, and the cat literally dove into it. Unfortunately, I was in the barn, feeding horses, and missed seeing it. The cat is in surprisingly good condition to have been up there for 8 days. He was very hungry and thirsty. He keeps going back and forth to the water bowl. Right now he is asleep on a stool in the kitchen....I am sure it will be the first restful night he has had since his ordeal began. He is going to stay in the house. The cat didn't have a name, but I named him DJ after the guy who rescued him....See MoreUser
