Sold my home and moved to a rental now sure if it will be sold
Comments (3)I am sorry to hear your predicament! You need to talk to your agent. Normally there is earnest money they deposited which is now forfeited by them as they are past the contingency period presumably - usually it is around 2.5% of the sale price. However it may be best to try to work with them if possible, they may be able to get a different loan....See Morenew rental...need to kill weeds but I don't want to hurt garden/animal
Comments (16)Oh my, I remember the day when I moved into my new rental. Both the front and the backyard were full of weeds, and I also noticed that there were a lot of squirrels among these weeds. They were so annoying! I always pull the weeds by hand. I think this is the most reliable way to get rid of them. But, to get rid of the squirrels I needed help. I called the guys from wildlife removal and they took care of them immediately. Now I even have my own small garden, with lots of fresh veggies, which are always a better choice than the ones from the market....See MoreRental kitchen updates
Comments (48)I’ve been living here for two weeks now and so far so good! I’m doing things slowly and finding thrift store/online finds so it’s still very bare but wanted to share an update. The living room right next to the kitchen had extra unused space, so I created a dining nook there using a bench I already had and made more of an island/breakfast spot in the kitchen instead so I could have more storage. I plan to paint the small hutch ($10 garage sale find) but haven’t had the chance. My budget is tight but still looking for more low budget suggestions!...See MoreDecorating my rental living/ dining room.
