Comments (7)It has very lax stems so grows more like a vine than an actual groundcover. The long stems lay along the ground, sometimes rooting, but it will also climb or clamber up any more upright plant in its path. ETA: after ken's comment, I'd have to say that this plant is far more interesting than any stinking hosta!! 😊 And does not seem to be bothered at all by slugs or snails or any other pests, which puts it head and shoulders above any hosta in my book!...See MoreWhat is this flower?
Comments (3)Ruellia. Perhaps R simplex. There are no blue or purple Oleanders and they're sizeable woody shrubs. Depending on where you live R simplex can be an invasive species....See Morefloral_uk z.8/9 SW UK
