feedback on kitchen layout

Hi, a first time building our own home. Thanks in advance for tips -

I have laid out a kitchen to allow clearance around the 4x8 kitchen island and counters for a wheelchair.

the current idea is 13 sq feet wide (left to right in photo) and 12 feet (top to bottom). First 10 feet of the north wall is on the other side of Utility Room.

Kitchen runs East to West) is off North entry past Utility room so would enter either past the built in fridge (first 3 feet on left photo side) or past the island to get to DR/LR

Kitchen/Dining/LR open concept through the kitchen ceiling will be 2 ft lower than DR/LR

At 11 feet have an external wall and will place wrap-around windows for north/south views and sunlight.

On the North wall is also a built-in double oven. Cabinets will be mix of floor to ceiling on this wall and just base cabinets under windows. Planning for these is pull-out drawers for lots of storage and accessibility.

the sink is 33" wide and is apron front design; induction cooktop 2 feet to right of sink; dishwasher 1' to left of sink

Hope to be able to use the south window over the sink wall as a pass-through for dishes/drinks to the patio
