I have tried the Pascal Brizo faucet a few times in a showroom where it was installed and working. It is a great concept and honestly works really well. I tested it for 15 minutes or so and it really did work perfectly with the touch on/off and also with the hands free. Also, I think you can turn everything off and it work just like a regular faucet. I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think it is the case. You can definitely turn off the hands-free feature. I tried this myself and it was easy. The pulldown head works well and has a twist-lock mechanism to secure it to the faucet. For me, that was very important because the pulldowns that don't go back all the way are bad. The finish is nice although it is a bit on the bronze colored side of stainless steel compared to some other brands. It is a big faucet and the soap dispenser and on/off lever are big too. I was really close to buying one and decided not to. I'm buying a Delta Allora faucet becuase it seems like the quality is there for a better price. I also really like the magnetic piece that attaches the pulldown sprayer to the faucet. This, to me, seems like an ideal solution. The twist lock is good too, but you have to line it up perfectly to attach it. I'm sure you get used to it, but I think the magnet is a better solution. Hope this helps. saa, the primary faucet seems huge at first because you have no reference in your kitchen. If you hold it up out of the box it seems enormous. If you install it next to your double bowl sink, it seems pretty big. If you put in your appliances, cabinets, install pulls and knobs, put in a light fixture, there are plenty of other goodies to catch your eye and the faucet does not stand out. The Vinnatas - both sizes- are ergonomic, practical and functional. We have both sizes- regular at the double-bowl cleanup sink and the smaller at the prep sink. I have to say that the smaller would look funny at my big sink, and likewise, the large would be overkill on our island. Good luck!

OK> So, I'm reading this post due to a recent experience with the plumber my GC is using for our renovation. I got a babysitter to watch my toddler so I could go look at fixtures at their showroom with my baby. So, I get there and they don't have many of the nicer brands on display- they want to show me everything in a catalog!! Well, thank you but I can do that at home. So, fine- I briefly look at the catalog and pick a few things to get prices. They gave me some pricing and I left. So- wouldn't you want to see products in person if you plan to invest nearly $2000 on them?? I dragged my two small children to another local plumbing outfit to see the higher end stuff I got quoted for at the previous place. The prices were more than $500 different!!! I mean to do I have stupid written on my head b/c I have a newborn? Do they just think I don't have time to research and will just take their price?? This mother has an MBA thank you very much. Fine. So I talked to my contractor and he said to approach them on the issue. I did. They claim their product is better quality and that you can get the same things from other dealers but they aren't as heavy... blah blah blah. That may be true for some Kohler fixtures, but not Rohl!!! And I don't even believe them at that. For the amount of money saved I can buy a whole new fixture in a few years if I decide to change it or it goes bad!! Can someone please tell me if these people are just jerking around with me?? I thought about how they may try to pad the rest of the bill if they adjust the fixture prices, so I'm not really sure what to do with this mess. This is why I do NOT trust vendors like this- b/c of dishonest people who try to make excuses for their ridiculous prices.

I've always wanted one of these! We have them at work and I love them. The one on your link is 228 dollars. Where is it for 100? I'd love to add one to our kitchen!
