I'm not surprised you got this result considering Argos' hue family; low Chroma colors from the Green-Yellow hue family can shift blue. It's actually a key color strategy if the goal is a grayed blue/blue-green.

Can try changing the light bulbs but sometimes that's like spitting in to the ocean, has little to no affect on how the paint color looks.
