The wife and I just finished our basement. We are looking for quality leather sectional. So far we have found two very comfortable sectionals. One from Thomasville and the other from American Leather. The Thomasville sectional is closer to what we were looking for (called Benjamin). We are concerned that the Thomasville one may not be the best quality. We would like to look at Hancock & Moore as well but we can't find a dealer list or what they cost. Any thoughts on the quality of American Leather? Our local dealer is having a 20% off sale. They are pretty much the same size, so if the American Leather is a better quality, is it worth the $2000+ extra? We would like to buy a couch that will last 20 years.

I love Giorgi Bros; I've shopped there for years and my parents shopped there when it was a tiny little store around the corner. I've never bought anything from their stock; it's generally too "ornate" for my taste. But, they will spend all the time that you need to help you find something. Or, you can find something that you like at another store, track down the number, and see if you can get it there (for much cheaper!)We bought leather couches from Bellach's years ago; we bought very expensive ones and they have held up beautifully. But, it was definitely a "sales experience".

With the highest membership level at Costco, this company had failed to deliver the product within the SLA terms bound to them by Costco. Not only this, Abbyson Living had no idea where the product ordered was located for 3-4 weeks. Then once they found it, they claimed it was due to "holiday orders". Discussions during these 3-4 weeks were before, during and after Christmas; before, during and after New Years. It wasn't until mid-January they came up with the reason. Once found, Abbyson Living chose to minimize their actions by not accepting responsibility, acknowledging they made an error, and not being truthful. Not being truthful to the customer, but also not being truthful to Costco as a vendor. Abbyson Living still has not and won't accept responsibility for their actions; to me as a customer or to Costco. Should you choose to do business with this company, be warned - this company manipulates, lies, deceives and promotes this within their business practices, from what they've shown me as a customer and their contract through Costco.
