Are room transitions between same floor outdated?

I’m replacing the entirety of my home’s floors, excluding bathroom tiles, with (dark blonde or light brown) Luxury Vinyl Plank. I am going to have them run horizontal, as relates to the attached image of my house. Though I will be using T-Bar transition between the LVP and bathroom tile, I am curious if I should also be using T-Bar transition between rooms with the same flooring? Or, if the flooring manufacturer permits it’s safe to install in the amount of space without buckling or warping, should I simply eliminate transitions elsewhere? For example… between the hallway and each bedroom? Between the entry way and living room? Between the living room and dining room, as pointed to in the picture? Thanks in advance!!!

don’t use t-bar transition pieces
use a piece of LVP in opposite direction between spaces
use T-Bar transitions between spaces
