2 Year Old House - LVT flooring has give or “bounces”

Hello All,

I've laid some LVT in the past, my old house and some rental properties. I never had any bounce issue because the foundation always pretty decent. We bought this house that is about 2 years old and in the kitchen the flooring is pretty rough. There is a lot of places where the foundation is uneven so the flooring gives under weight. I know this flooring is probably going to end up damaged if it's not addressed, but is there anything that can be done after they were installed? I saw a video of a guy who drilled a hole in the floor and filled the cavity with some big stretch. Have you ever seen that done before? it's such a big section I'm not sure if that would work for me. Any ideas?
