You might show the entire front part of the house. From this view it looks like two different structures.

I would remove the stone on the facade and flowerbed and plantings. New siding between the windows can come down to the bottom of them and be installed on the outsides of them too. You can divide that from the "wainscot" below with a piece of trim. Paint the house and windows a new color. You can never go wrong with white, but it depends on the neighborhood norms. If the garage doors are in good shape and work, just paint them too and put that money in new landscaping and pulling the eye around to the entry where you probably need a new door, but we can't see it.

How does that entry "land" in your house? Can you draw a floor plan with the measurements? Is that lean-to just a porch of sorts or are you actually inside the house when you come in that door? Is that an apartment above the garage or a part of your home that you can access from inside the house?

This house has a lot of potential. Find a new home for the trash cans. Replace the entry door and storm door with an updated version ( nothing fancy). The stormdoor should be full glass with the trim painted the same color as the door. Paint the house all one color. sage green with white trim, medium gray with white trim, etc . Then paint the door a nice contrasting color.

I would try power washing the driveway rather than doing an expensive replacement. It can then be enhanced with large pots of flowers, etc. If the garage doors are functional paint them whatever color you paint the body of the house. Adding nice, larger lights by the entry door and near the garage doors would amp up the look.

Invest in professional landscaping/ hardscaping. That alone will make this house sing.
