Using olive oil in muffin recipe

I have a muffin recipe I've been wanting to try, and it calls for melted butter or margarine. Since I am cutting way back on saturated fats, and since I love to bake with baking olive oil, would there be any problem subbing olive oil (the kind that is made for baking, so mild in taste) for the melted shortening? I don't do margarine . . .


Any other adjustments I should make? I'm sure the taste might be a little less rich, but in a breakfast muffin I can live with that . . .
