Is this a powder room ?

If this is a powder room, I would go dramatic. A darker teal color would keep it blending in with the rest of your house. Or a wallpaper that has a lot of darker teal in it.

Pale pink is a very flattering color and looks gorgeous against teals and blues. You can accessorize with teals and hot pinks.

I think grass cloth wallpaper would be most appropriate.
If you go that route there are SO many ways you can play with it.

You can do full walls with grasscloth.

Or

Wainscoting on bottom half. Grasscloth on top half.

Or

One wall grasscloth

Whatever you do decide. If you go with wallpaper, a good installer is key.

How bold do you want to go? How dark? I’d wallpaper all four walls. I’m assuming it’s a powder room.

I really like the straw color posted above, or maybe a light peach. Something to warm up the bathroom and to both complement and contrast with all the cool colors in your home.

Great bathroom and it really has so many decor possibilities. Unless you want to incorporate a color from house, which is not nesessarily needed, consider a style/feel that feels modern, while also considering color. Have you looked on line to help narrow down/define what you are attracted to?

Suggest wallpapering entire room or even just the long wall (will be easier/less expensive, and still have lots of impact) and be sure to use a complementary paint color.

Another thought is to add tile from floor to ceiling behind sink, creating a stunning (and waterproof) backdrop. .

All of these ideas are amazing. I really need to think abt what direction to take it! I’m starting to think that A little contrast of color from the rest of the house might be the way to go. All of these ideas are so beautiful

Grasscloth wallpaper expands when wet, stains easy, and absorbs scents.

I would look online for powder rooms with color on the walls and see what makes your heart sing. Cute powder room but it does need some color on the walls.

Small bathrooms are such a great space to use and do something really different than the rest of your house. Something unexpected. I love a monochromatic vibe in a house, but when I'm in the bathroom, I want it to feel a world away from the look of the rest of the house. It just gives more of a sense of privacy. You've got great bones to work with. I vote for brass metalic wall paper on one wall!

Allison, in your original post you also asked for paint color suggestions, so I’ll offer one. Benjamin Moore Blue Ice is colorful, yet muted (grayed) enough to be sophisticated. It’s not a “baby blue”- I’d call it periwinkle. If you chose to paint instead of wallpaper the walls, you could hang art to add more visual interest.
