Advice removing a wall between kitchen and living room

I own a small home that does not have a dining space. I plan removing part or all of the load bearing wall between the living room and gallery kitchen to create an open concept feel. I like to cook but don’t like to feel isolated from the rest of the house while in the kitchen. I do not have a dining area and hoping to build a space to sit and eat/ gather between the two rooms. I am not sure if I should take out the whole wall or just portions to create this space.
I will need to keep the stove close to where it currently is just because there isn’t another place to put it in my kitchen.

I am also aware that I will need to change the electrical. The lighting in the living room and the kitchen light switch and fan switch are on the wall I want removed. I lack the creative visualization to decide what type of lighting would look and work best in this space as well. Help please! I’d like to get this project started asap!
