I just bought a new dw, I forgot brand but I had a Boush I hated it, dishes were never clean, hardly used ,then I got a recall notice they could catch fire .Either they fix it or they pay so much for a new one .But it had to be another boush.No ,so we bought another brand ,I love it .By the way I overheard 2 women talking in store one day A friend turned on her dw went to work.The dw burnt their home to the ground.Never leave home with an appliance running you never know what might happen.

Pretty sofa! And that is a small room. I'm sorry I can't offer any advice on layout. I struggle with that myself. I'm definitely challenged in the decorating department. I'm sure others will help you out. As far as cleaning your leather, there are many online resources that can help you. First of all you need to know what grade of leather you have. Full grain would be the top of the line, with varying grades down to bicast leather. Have you tried calling this company you linked to see what grade this is? Is there a tag on the furniture? I have had a full grain leather sofa, love seat. chair, and ottoman for about 20 years and it looks better now than when I bought it. (yeah, I know...matchey-matchey is a no-no) They say you shouldn't have full grain with children, but we have pets and grandchildren, and we have not been especially careful with it. Our leather furniture is not shiney, and is super soft. LOVE IT! The most comfortable seating ever! I clean with mild soap and water if something gets spilled, and occasionally rub it down with saddle soap. Don't know if that's an approved cleaning method, but it looks great after all these years. Well, DD just got off work and she OK'd the bronze bin pulls above, so I've just ordered them. And, she wants the aqua runner instead of the coral, so I've ordered that, too. We can decide next on antiquing or adding Rub-N-Buff to the paint. She won't let me make that decision on my own, which is ok.

So honing or treating the marble would be money out the window. Marble itself does not rust. Something made of metal is in there, which is what is rusting; as @User said, likely screws. Improper installation unfortunately. Though I don’t know that anyone can know over the internet whether the whole thing needs to be rebuilt, or just that marble threshold and glass door need to be replaced. Perhaps once the installation errors are fixed, that marble threshold at that point can be honed and treated to remove the stains, and re-installed. You need to get a bathroom contractor to look at it IRL, to assess. It will cost you what it will cost. Those are the perils of home ownership. Whoever installed that in the first place hired a crap contractor to do a janky job. Don’t make the same mistake or it’s just good money after bad.
