What to plant on arbor in zone 6a?

I have a beautiful new 8’ arbor in zone 6a, full sun and well draining soil. I’m looking for suggestions on what to plant here - something cold hardy, perennial and beautiful, in the pinks/blues/purples range. White would work too. It’s the entrance to a patio, so fragrance would be an added bonus. Season-long blooms would be ideal but might just be a fantasy.

I love the idea of combining two species (rose and clematis), but I do have so many rose and clematis already…any other combinations out there that you all love?

I’m considering sweet autumn clematis but I would honestly prefer something that blooms in spring through summer, or maybe a repeat bloomer to really make the most of the arbor. Could honeysuckle be combined with another species, or would it be too aggressive?

What would you plant here if this was yours?

Thanks everyone!
