I have none of the C's. A2 is really clever and I actually researched one of them. I had no frame of reference whatsoever and would not have figured it out.

Ooh - I think I'm on a roll here! A bit uncertain about my answers for C2 & D2, tho...

And D3 is what I currently am, I think 😄

I'm late getting here again. Think I have all but C3 and D2 worked out with answers I am pretty sure of. Those two are still 'maybes', but I'm not giving up yet!

I can’t believe I didn’t get Pelican Brief. Not surprised I didn’t get Pitching Rotation. Like foas I had pitching circle. I guess I’ve heard of pitching rotation, it’s just not in my active vocabulary.

Pelica is the clue that I researched and found Pelican Brief. I've never heard of this movie (not a Tom Cruise fan) and would never have figured out this one.

I didn't get Hilton Head either - it's way off the radar for a vacationing spot for this area. I thought it had something to do with sleeping at Hilton Hotels.

I had 'All for naught' for D1, is that close enough? And I only got D2 when I finally convinced myself that the 'ii' in it wasn't some form of chemical symbol, and the whole thing wasn't a math equation. I do have a tendency to overthink these things, and seem to want them to be more complicated than they already are. My rather warped mind. . . . . .

I got 'Pelica' right off the bat, I've read, I think, all of John Grisham's books, I did not know it had been made into a movie, but then, I'm not a movie fan.

Not being a sports fan, C2 took me awhile to figure out, too. But, I didn't raise a house full of boys that went through all the sports programs they could, starting with Pee Wee league baseball, for nothing!
