I'm guessing that your bottom tiles are on the shower floor? Really, I don't think the grout lines should be turning black in two days in a new home unless you have an excessive amount of heat and humidity in your shower area. If your grout was sealed and no water can get under the grout and grow mold, it should not be turning black so quickly. If your house is new -- have the shower construction checked. The bleach is disguising the real problem; in most homes bleach will clean/remove surface mould, but when it comes back repeatedly so quickly, something else is going on beneath the surface. It's possible that all you need to do is clean with your bleach; let it dry well and seal it. If that doesn't work, get an expert in to check it out before it becomes a more serious problem. So im finally getting around to cleaning my new Porcelanosa bathroom shower and floor tiles and its suggests a cleaner with neutral or mildly alkaline detergent (with a pH value of between 6 to 8*). The wall tile is porcelanosa lino blanco which is a gloss, rectified recycled V1 tile and the floor is morse white which is matte, rectified, nature, porcelain, V3 tile. What do any of you suggest so i don't damage the tile? Im noticing a little mold on some of the grout in one area. A few specks that is. What kind of sponge or brush to clean it as well.

you'll want to test your water pH. Marble is typically between 7pH and 10pH. Lower pH will etch your stone. Higher pH water generally is a result of water hardness-i.e. calcium- which means you will get build up. A whole house filter can help and also using neutral pH cleaners regularly as described above by others. Again, neutral pH is always relative to the type of stone. DO NOT skip on applying sealer every year and I'd even recommend twice a year. Eventually you will need to polish at some point, but removing etching costs a lot more when polishing than just doing a top polish to bring back the shine, so take care of the stone. If this is new tile to be installed, use epoxy grout in white. The epoxy grout will keep dirt, etc. from going into the grout, will sit on top and supposedly dirt can be washed off. Research epoxy grout.
