Show us the art prints when you have them. They may be all you need.The tile is beautiful.

I think Agreeable Gray would look nice, yes.

Try a sample, and maybe try a couple on the same strip but darker. Anew Gray or Warm Stone.

Seeing those, I say disregard my Warm Stone idea and go with lighter, as your first instinct was.

Prints are lovely. Buy black frames for them all. Please do not paint your walls any shade of gray. Gray is overdone; if you must paint go with a soft creamy color.

Thank you both much!! I don’t know why i didn’t think of a creamy color. That will be a great neutral with the warm & cool mix of browns, gray & creme in tiles. off to SW for samples now!

Yes may be the black would be too stark; the first consideration in choosing frames is always : do they complement the art.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the wall color, so don't change it unless you really want to. Art is all you need to perk up the space. I love the tilework, sink, etc. that you have in place.

I just bought art for my powder room after painting it a different color than it was before. I spent a long time looking at different options. So take your time looking - when you find the right thing you'll know it. I use art.com. You can return anything you get from them if it doesn't work out.

With a lower wall as busy as this pattern, wallpaper is a no. That leaves a decision as to whether you want color on the walls. Right now, you think that Alabaster is too white. It is white, but it does well with the tans in your stone.

Before I made a final decision, I would figure out if you want any type of art. Those prints are pretty. I like the one in the far lower corner because it looks as if it would pair with your dried arrangement and the joss sticks. It's nice to get a pop of perky color with all that neutral and earthiness.

yes the one in the far lower corner was my favorite. i ordered these off etsy and it was a digital download and injust have to decide whst size i want and of which print to upload to mpix. Would it look best to have one larger piece on wall as you walk in, or a smaller grouping of them? i am trying to find frames like shown in the pic. i like the soft earthy tone to them

I would mount it over the toilet so that it is reflected in the mirror. Make it big, not small. More bang for your buck. My choice of frame would be a silver/pewter color wooden frame.

We like the idea of hanging some of the prints over the toilet. We also might try a light grey paint. Perhaps get some samples and try a little on the wall before going with Agreeable Grey.

I always think you can do a little bit of drama in your powder room, so I would pull one of the darker colors out of the tile and paint the walls dark.

Might look nice if you did a very dark gray. We painted our powder room BM Gray and it's a really pretty color. Would look nice with the lower walls and prints.
