Does anyone have Vadara sereno gold? Im considering it with off white cabinets. I’d love to see a picture of it installed and any pros or cons. I’m concerned about some of the spotting comments. i have Cambria in my bathrooms and love it, but didn’t see any patterns i liked in the Cambria. Is vadara made in china?

Dana - so glad to hear your porcelain is holding up so great!! That’s very encouraging. After 2+ years of planning / designing and researching all things kitchen and countertops, we started construction in July and we are finally about to see it all come together! Our cabinets arrive from Amish Indiana on Monday and I met with our fabricator on Friday (and saw my 4 gorgeous Antolini slabs) who said it will only be 2-3 weeks to cut them after we discuss where the pattern/ veining should be seen. I absolutely cannot wait!!! In a fun and unexpected twist, my fabricator also had some porcelain remnants that matched the countertops so well that we are using these for a quick fireplace surround update too. I hope to post photos in about a month? Maybe they will inspire someone else to also try porcelain w/ a vetted and experienced fabricator.

I just went to the MSI showroom to view slabs. The slabs of Arno I saw had dark gold veining only with a bright white background. No other colors or variation. It was pretty. I'm on the fence. Our contractor said to look for jumbo sizes only. I wasn't expecting that and now feel somewhat limited. Arno is pretty and comes in prefab and jumbo size. Check out Vadara Quartz. I prefer their quartz colors. I also went to their showroom and I think their quartz is gorgeous.

The Surface Collection: When you post about your company, it's spam, however, when you post about your company as offering a solution to another poster's comments or question, it's not. That seems to be the case here, however, I would tell you from a business perspective this forum is nearly worthless as far as a business promotional vehicle. I've been posting and responding here for about 7 years. So far, I've gotten a $300.00 cooktop cutout change job, another $300.00 consulting gig, and someone sent me a Starbucks gift card for something. You will get plenty of emails, about 1 or 2 a month, requesting help for no pay. I'm not complaining; it's flattering and enjoyable, but will never pay any bills.
