You can have a panel, that matches your cabinet doors, made by the cabinet manufacturer to go on the front.

I'd either use the shower tile or build a wood molding painted white to match your vanity cabinets. Don't add more, different tiles to the space. You'll want a light color on the tub sides with all the other dark elements in the room.

I agree with the idea of a wooden panel on the front. One that can be removed in case the plumbing needs to be accessed at some point.

Forget the fantasy brown granite. . Please ?. Also consider a change on the bath floor.? A faux wood meeting another wood in your bedroom is not a great idea. A nice mid gray porcelain tile on the bath floor......use the shower wall tile for the tub surround, and make a panel for tub front. In White to match vanity.

The tub is natural focal point. You don't need this many ideas going on : )

I would use that large format porcelain tile throughout floor, tub surround and shower. Having wood and wood look tile side by side won't look right. If that is Endless Ivory from Lowe's you can get it in 12x12 and a smaller rectangle (6x12 or 4x6??) so you could do floors in 12X24 or 12x12 and the tub surround and shower in smaller rectangles.

Thank you all for your insights. I'm going to try to return the wood look tile and start from scratch. I may be tied to the fantasy brown granite since it's been delivered to the granite store. Any recommendations on tile flooring that would match the fantasy brown granite? White cabinets, gold sconces/mirrors. Thanks all

Another question... Should the floor tile be different than shower tile? If all the same, would that not look right?

I don't know why, but I'm really struggling with this bathroom, all the other rooms I knew exactly what I wanted. I've even built 2 other custom homes, and this bathroom has just been so challenging for me ... ugh.
