Comments (7)Jan: Your 505 looks like it is 'muddy' versus the more white coloring that Paul posted. I can see the green edging. I also am noticing that the green throat which would have extended on to the petals is actually a yellowing verus the prominent green. Perhaps your soil conditions are having an effect on the bloom color? I'm just speculating as I have seen several photos posted by sellers where their petals/sepals appear whitish but buyers are saying the plant is blooming more muddy. Kay: Yours appears be blooming with a very defined ruffled edging versus Paul's photo. The watermark could be a soil reaction but the petals are definitely different. Looks like you may have more buds to open so see if the next ones are so different. If they are, contact Paul. He is one very helpful person and may have some thoughts on why the differences are happening. Julia...See Moreand more seedling blooms and Named

This is Love All Serve All X (Mary Lena X Crimson Stories) I am finally getting the dark ones like Tom Adams. This is Love for Jesus X Burning the Midnight Oil. This is Miracles Have Message X Call Off the Search. Another bicolor--Sonoran Desert Rose X a Richard Norris seedling another dark one--Snidely Whiplash X Burning the Midnight Oil I would bet this one has Klehm parentage--maybe Princess in Alexandria. It's in the group we called The Jumble 2020. The wind flipped a tray of seedling upside down and the names of some got lost. It seems every year we have a jumble collection. This is Westbourne Frills and Thrills X Chico Tim. Notice the split in the upper left petal? This is the kind of damage I observed after hail a couple of seasons ago. I love the tropical colors on this one. A few more to come . . ....See MoreJulia WV (6b)
