Without knowing what email address you use here, I'm going to assume it's the Cox one. See if you can go to their web site, pull your email there and look in that spam box. Comments (0)Hi, All, I just found a bunch of important PM from the Houzz forum in my email spam folder. For some reason, I could not read them on my Houzz home page, but when I retrieved them from my email spam folder and sent them to my mail, then opened them, I found them. So perhaps if you PM anyone, do let them know on the regular thread so they will know to check their email including the spam folder. This started to happen this week.
