It's official. I gained some weight!

So, we were finally able to get back to our water aerobics (which our chiro loves us to do!)

It's official, I have gained 4.5 lbs in the last 14 months.

Not bad, in my book! Hubby gained 10.

I think part of it was that we didn't go the sweats/yoga pants rout. So I could tell if I was gaining.

Also, a little OCD kicked in, and though we did some experimenting with food, I still steered away from high carb type meals.

I think with our daily walking of the excitable dog and 2-3 days a week of water aerobics, I should get back down to my pre-covid overweight!
