Least polluting cast iron bathtub brands

I'm looking to buy some porcelain-enameled cast iron bathtubs. My goal is to buy whichever bathtubs generated the least air and water pollution during their manufacture.

I've started doing some research and, while enameled cast iron is said to be eco-friendly, it looks like both the production of the cast iron and the enameling process can release a lot of environmentally harmful chemicals.

Kohler's website makes it seem like an environmentally conscious company, but I read that they were recently penalized for pollution, so they're out. Toto seems like it might be relatively eco-friendly, but I still have to do a lot more digging.

So: What are the least polluting cast iron bathtubs out there? What other advice can you give me on buying an environmentally friendly tub?

These will be drop-in tubs so I'm assuming this won't be an HGTV-type situation where I can go to my local purveyor of antique bathtubs (ha!) and restore one.
