I watched but I closed my eyes for the escape artist but enjoyed all the rest.

It was F A N T A S T I C ! It's now the only show I watch, instead of stream. Loved the same acts you did Rusty...but the escape artist I could really do without. As in...I hope he's eliminated....soon! The boy band that was eliminated...geez....age 39! Those "old men" could NOT sing! ha ha We really enjoyed the Korean boy band tho....they need prettied up...new clothes, makeup...stage props.....I'll be looking for them and their NEW look!

I can of course understand that speaking to people, love her positive attitude, really wanted to like it but to me it was just… alright.

I loved the card magician. He was awesome. I love the attitude and charisma of the Golden buzzer winner but thought her singing was mediocre. She's a sweet lovely young woman and I hope she makes it.

I loved her song - the lyrics - and her performance, although I agree that her voice/singing style is not unique. ( I didn't watch the show, but saw it on my news feed). I wonder if she will be able to match that going on?

I loved the towel guys, too, and laughed the whole time. I also really liked the singing family - the five kids and their parents.

While I admired her ("Nightbirde's") attitude and courage, I wasn't all that impressed with her performance. But that's just my personal taste in music. A few years ago the million dollar winner was a little girl that plunked on an ukulele and sang her own original songs in a weak, scrawny voice. I thought she was terrible, but apparently the general population watching AGT thought she was sensational. So obviously my opinion of vocalists doesn't mean anything. I really prefer to see other types of acts, there are other shows for vocalists.

I like to think that even though I may not like a particular song or artist, I can recognize when they have talent. I do think Nightbirde has talent, but I sure didn't think the kid with the uke did.

I'm sure that many of the really good acts get picked up, so the speak, and offered gigs that help them forge a career in show business. A lot of them deserve it. But NOT that middle aged 'boy band'! :^)

There was a post above mine, NOW DELETED, by someone I've never heard of...saying "The Nightbird" was now deceased. I can not find confirmation anywhere THAT is true....

I myself, got tired of old music. I now listen to new music. Dua Lipa. Billie Eilish, Maroon 5(Sugar), Walk The Moon(Shut Up and Dance, Tones(Dance Monkey)). Jane's song was simple. Her message was simple. I'd imagine listening to it on the radio....and be able to pick up the message while driving.....easily!

Apparently that post came and went without my seeing it. Read your post and went straight to Google, couldn't find anything that even suggested her passing. I'm happy for her, that she got a Golden Buzzer, and wish her well in the final competition. She is obviously stronger than she looks. I certainly hope she is able to beat the cancer.

I just looked up Nighbird's instagram. It is ”nightbirde” and she seems very much alive.
