Andersen sells their window paint colors. Spray can is, like, $30. I'd seriously consider the Terratone option because 30% is a lot. Spray paint the two windows to match - do it now. While you're involved in the window thing. Don't put it off and then one day find out mis-matched windows could hurt resale and then you end up having to paint them anyway. Plus, if it were my house it'd bug me if they didn't all match. Get the new windows (I think a darker tone will look better than white) and then choose a paint color. It's a lot of color area. The good news is with a dark brown roof, trim, terratone windows you have A LOT of options for body color. Might want to start with your favorite color (not blue)because you truly have many color options. After new windows and paint maybe take a look at updating the landscaping. At that point you may feel it's far more attractive than you thought with character to spare. Just color can do that.

Looks good. i have wood panel on front of my house and stucco on rest. want to paint at least wood panel/front of house navy with white trim but cannot decide if i want to do the stucco same color or a different to make it two tones. i like all navy but not sure if it would be strange to have the stucco and wood panel same color.

I'm glad you're firm about not painting the brick. The brick is a natural, textured feature of your house that allows it to breathe and requires litte maintenance over time. Since you have a visible light brown roof, your trim needs to work with that as well as the brick. Here are houses with the same varieted brick as yours, one with a brown roof. You can pick up a greige for the trim with maybe a light blue or yellow door or this light green. Just don't do white--too much contrast. I'm showing this for the tan. Though the door is handsome and like yours, a lighter door might be better on your house since it's receded and looks too dark right now.

We just installed new Window World windows (using their "beige" trim) and will be putting a new roof, soffit and fascia on this small brick house. Would love to receive your suggestions on color(s) to make this home pop. The new roof will be architectural shingles in "Estate Grey" which is a blend of medium and dark grey shingles. We will be painting the new soffit and fascia. It looks like the old soffit and fascia was painted white. We will be repainting the window trim (which is currently an unknown dark creamy beige which does not look particularly good with the new window trim color). We will be repainting the shutters (which are currently dark New Orleans green which does look good with the brick--we just want to consider other colors for a new look). We want to change the color of the (concrete) porch landing and steps (currently painted a dark brick red). Our painter has suggested a dark grey for the landing and steps--a nod to the color of the new roof. The screen door is old--but still usable, so we will need to repaint it. The front door (which you can barely see in the photo) is the same dark creamy beige as the window trim and will need to be repainted. The old copper gutters will be coming off. The iron railing will remain, and it will also be painted -- probably the same color as whatever we paint the shutters. No one in the family has an eye for this, so any suggestions for color of soffit, fascia, window trim, shutters and porch would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Anne in Baton Rouge
