Odd question about lettuce use

I joined a CSA knowing that most of the early stuff would be greenery of some type and radishes. Here I am in the second week faced with two big bags of lettuce along with a gorgeous head of ruby lettuce. There is also various kales which I do steam and saute. My problem is that I can only each so much fresh lettuce without feeling like someone is trying to rip my stomach out. I have been this way all my life. Does anyone have any recipes beyond lettuce soup, either in a cream base or stock. Sauted radishes are quite good by the way.
