exterior house painting need help please!

I am getting my house and gutters redone this week. I have narrowed it done to BM white dove for exterior. Any suggestions on trim color, shutters color or door color. Want to keep neutral. Also do you suggest painting gutters same as house (white dove)? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions haven’t had the house painted in YEARS and I am not good at this. Needs update!

you have a beautiful home! Yes, gutters the same as house color. no need to draw attention to them.

You have alot of opportunity to highlight the fan above, and the entrance indention. the trim work around the windows screams to stand out.

White dove sounds soft.

I personally would go Ultra White on all the Trim and windows how about a light Blue in the alcove At least on the ceiling above the front door. ... and another blue for the door. Shutters light blue. for a change.

wondering what State you are in. and what direction the house faces? Can you change up the porch railing? Go different from your neighborhood. you want to be noticed! Add a mix of color to the landscaping?

Thank you for suggestions! So appreciate. Any blues that you suggest? Also what kind of railings? We are in NC and our house faces North. Landscaping is the next on the to do list!

If you do use a red for the trim, be careful not to choose a bright or purplish one. Use a red from an historic paint palette (the chip will probably look brown). Personally, though, I'd choose something more neutral and natural, maybe a taupe or cream. Red would be a pretty accent color, though, maybe on shutters? Or sage green shutters, they'd pick up the green dormer color nicely and make it seem less like a leftover that predates the vinyl siding. And a second vote here to remove the roofed-gate thingy. It clutters up the front of the house, for resale you might want to get rid of it.

I suggest using the Benjamin Moore Color Viewer. You can virtually 'paint' the photograph of your house and see exactly what it's going to look like. I did this several years ago, and though my painter had his doubts about the color before he applied it, he admitted afterward that it was the perfect choice! This is Agreeable Gray, Extra White and Gauntlet Gray. I actually think it would be a mistake to go too much gray on the body. You will already have a gray roof. Canvas Tan is a little grayer than Patience. I would not use those garage doors shown above. They are a modern design and your house is closer to traditional. I also think the wood grain and side windows when combined with stone would look too busy. I hope one of the professionals will speak to the door as I am just a person like you. What is the name of your HOA? Stay away from Unique Gray. It is lilac color.

Sorry, I know this is old but we are trying to pick our exterior colors and considering Dorian with a blue door. The finished pic you posted is completely different than the color in the posted visualizer pic correct? I love they way yours turned out but I don't like the color that it looks like in the one visualizer comments.
