It's ok. Light appears to be pointed up, which may not light the entry as much as you'd like, but will work. My suggestion would be to suspend your pendants centered on the upper glass window approx 24" or so down from ceiling. Sometimes, with a pitched ceiling, the light will suspend slightly to the downside of the j box even though the box is centered in the space. I would go for a round shaped pendant under 12" diameter each. My preference would be to illuminate wall and ceiling as well as down. Keep it simple because there will be a lot of them in a line. Will there be artwork on the walls or anything that might want a more focused light?

First you must consider height as well as width, you dont have cathedral ceilings, that fixture looks about 24 inches long, which means with out any chain it would hang at an 8 foot level. Second, fabric shades and kitchen sinks don't mix, trust me when I say water splashes in all directions! plus steam from hot water can all mark the shades. your kitchen is small so I would not close it in with solid state drum shades. I would do 2 larger scale glass pendents. Use the drum shade in the breakfast nook.

For your kitchen island, if you're getting 2 pendants, we would recommend close to what you're thinking and doing them 30"-32" apart and at least 32" off from the surface. But for the size of your kitchen island, we would recommend 3 pendants and have them approximately 20"-24" apart. Please see attached images to get an idea of how far apart they should be.
