Need advice on how to tackle surprise untiled portion of floor.

We just moved into a house recently. Long story short, we just had to replace our microwave and upon pulling the stove out to do so realized a few things. The kitchen tiles have only been tiled up to the cabinets and the stove and not underneath. The stove was sitting on two small blocks of wood to try to “level” it (it was not level) and the back feet were broken off and just thrown back in the space with some random furniture sliders. They cut two tiles and put them on the floor with a shim on top to I guess level the cabinets. Planning on trying to fix the warped holes of the stove and purchase new feet but I am going to need to level the flooring to the tile. No extra tile anywhere. I added a picture of what it looks like. I don’t even know how to begin here. Was thinking of putting maybe some cement board down. I am worried about moving the chunk of tile under the cabinets and honestly don’t know if I can. Any help would really be appreciated. At least now we know.
