Looks like blueberry-ish bush but NOT???
Comments (7)Ok so while doing a search for the same thing I already apparantly tried to find out 2 years ago, I came across my old thread here. So I'm re-posting with more info and this time pics!!! The bushes are about 12-18" tall and there are a few that are approx. 4-5 feet tall. All have the same dark berry on them, and before there ripe, they're green. I'm not 100% on the flower color but I want to say I'm pretty certain they were white. The bushes grow in a wooded area, and right now there are tons of ripe fruits. I'm hoping there edible so I've come here to hopefully break the mystery to what I have exactly growing in my yard! I welcome all suggestions, so fire away! ;) -Nicole-...See MoreNew Caesarstone Frosty Carrina & London Gray light marble looks
Comments (120)Dianne, I have quartz (not Caesarstone, they were out of my choice at the time) in my bathroom; looks new 2 years later. Online, you will find many cons or negatives about most any product you are considering buying. I wouldn't let that hinder you, as that's usually the minority. Caesarstone has a warranty. I will be buying either London Grey or Organic White in the next two weeks for my kitchen reno, but I love real marble. This is a happy compromise. Check with the company you are buying and ask if they've had any issues with Caesarstone. I asked the appliance company about Thermador vs. Viking and they gave me their opinion based on what they service the least. Good luck!...See MoreFinished Kitchen: White-ish, charcoal counters and blue glass bs
Comments (43)Alexx - I really love your kitchen! It came out beautifully!! I have a question about your counters. I am doing a similar look with the white shaker cabs (framed w/full overlay) and quartz (Caesarstone Raven) countertops. I will also be doing a mitered edge with a 1.5" overhang. My question is ... how far do your counters project past your cabinet boxes, as well as past the doors/drawer fronts. There is some dispute between my cabinet maker and the countertop folks. Cabinet maker says I should have a 1" projection past the doors/drawer fronts, while the countertop folks are suggesting a "flush" appearance (not truly flush, but more like a 1/4" projection). Can you tell me what yours are? And if anyone reading this has suggestions or advice, I would appreciate it! Thank you!...See MoreMy walls want to be orange.ish
Comments (39)I normally don't post on the house side but I saw your post on the most recent posts on the side and it caught my attention! I say go for it! I paint my walls whatever color I want. Everyone told me I'd hate my bathroom being navy blue, that it'd be too dark and seem small but I absolutely love it. You just have to pick colors you want. If you decide to sell your house someday, you may need to repaint but that's an easy fix and not something that stops me from painting. I've stopped trying to make my house like ones in the magazines. I've got a navy bathroom, a bright apple green dining room, and then my living room and bedrooms are nice neutral beiges and greys. Some rooms I like that bright pop of color, but in my living room its beige, brown, olive green with pops of blue. When we bought our house, the mudroom had paneling with log cabin print on it, and when I was painting it my mother in law told me I needed to paint it white, that it'd look terrible in the pale blue I'd picked out. That just made me want to paint it blue out of spite. So I did, and I love the blue. It's so peaceful. Anyways, paint it peach! Paint it orange! Good luck :o)...See MoreHolly- Kay
