Well all but #4 came really easily. Got to look harder again.
I can't get #4 and #5.

All but #4. #6 may be iffy.
My eyes are giving me trouble this morning, I can't make out the letters in #3. Pretty sure I have the rest of them.
So far I have none.
Can’t get #4. Yet.
I can't read #3 either. Got 1 and 5 and working on the others. I find if they don't come to me right away, I don't have much luck solving!
#3 word is "somersault." But the answer is a bit more complex than just somersault.
#4 isn't easy, imo
1 and 5 should jump out instantly.
Thank you, Jasdip, that helps!
#6 isn't coming to me.
I think I have #4 now.
I have all except #4
If it were me designing it, I would be an apostrophe in Times for #6. Time's
Oh. If #6 were "Time's" it means my answer is wrong.
That helps me with #6. Thanks
1.. High IQ2. Misunderstanding3. Backwards Somersault4. No One is Perfect5. Upwards Battle6. Times Up
I never did get #4. Oh well, no one is perfect.
Haha, Outside, yes! I was thinking ”holes in one” but that got me wondering, what the plural is? Or does no one ever GET two holes in ones?
I couldn't figure out number 4 either and I was guessing 'uphill battle' for number 5 and 'high times' for number 6.
I like my answers better :-p
bpath - I once had 4 hole-in-one(s) in a round...at the mini putt-putt course :-)
I had uphill battle (I’ve never heard of upwards battle, maybe it’s a regionalism?) and I had High Times, too. I think our answers work just as well, LoneJack.
I had uphill battle. I did poorly on this one. Also high times on 6.
I didn't do too well - only 3 out of 6. That font used for somersault is difficult to read, but I got it after it was explained.
Never ever heard or saw the phrase 'upwards battle', but I am familiar with 'uphill battle'.
I also thought #6 was 'high times' 😄
Glad to hear I wasn't alone in my answers.
I never did figure out #4, and like so many others, I had "uphill battle" for #5 and "high times" for #6.
When Jasdip mentioned that there should be an apostrophe in Times then I got the correct answer.
Up until then all I could think of was "Fun Times at Ridgemont High". :)
agreed wholly with jack
Glad to know I'm not alone with 'wrong' answers that seem better than the right ones! I've never heard of 'upwards battle', either. Sometimes I wonder if maybe some of these puzzles are thought up by people who are not fluent in English, so sayings come out different than how we would say them. I had 'High times' for #6, too, but never did come up with anything that made sense for #4. 'One cut above' was all I came up with for #4, and I was pretty sure it was wrong.
But I enjoy these, as puzzling as they can be!!
